Design/construct of 22,000sf recreation complex. Indoor/outdoor swimming pools, weight rooms, tennis courts, aerobics center, racquetball complex with glass-walled courts. Drill/blast 2,000cy rock for foundations, parking lots, HVAC, sprinkler systems, finishes, locker rooms, and sales offices.
