Installation of national chain, Italian-themed restaurant (380 seats cap.) with bar/lounge (150 seats cap.). Full kitchen, brick-oven, faux-art, glass and brass serving line, and Newbury Street patio. ADA and H/C compliance, FF&E, HVAC, electric, plumbing. Completed in six weeks.
